What is our return policy?
You can return unworn and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days with standard shipping or 1–2 business days with express shipping. Orders within Europe usually arrive within 5–8 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping within Germany is free on orders over €70.
